Upper East Side night fashion

As you might have noticed, the Hunters are a big fan of Dutch fashion designer Jan Boelo. We have seen his shows, visited his showroom in Amsterdam and Paris and wore his clothes during the international fashion weeks. For the fall winter 2012/2013 show in Amsterdam the Hunters both were suppose to wear Jan Boelo as well. However Hunter Niels his ass was to big to fit in the gold trousers, however Linda obviously did fit the jacket. So at least one of the Hunters wore his designs. The fall winter 2012/2013 show was absolutely fantastic. The rock style Jan Boelo stands for is something we really like. This season the inspiration came from the Upper East Side in New York City. Not the preppy side, but the wild parties in private clubs where the yought dances till the early morning. Again an similarity wiht Jan and us. This concept is translated in the slim suits and skirts, however with a nightlive twist with higher slits, deeper cleavages and raw shiny leather fabrics. Skinny black leather trousers, lacquer leather shirts, rose gold suits and velvet dresses with extremely high slits and back cleavages were strutted on the runway. Yes, Jan Boelo isn’t affraid to show a little bit of skin, at least not on the models. Not only the cleavages of the women were very deep, but also the male models were wearing shirts with a wide collar. We really enjoyed the show and we really like the similarity with the men and women collection, we can’t wait to rock it. Jan, our compliments for another great collection again.
