Style Icon – Olivier Zahm
He’s the bad boy of the big editors: Olivier Zahm. What Terry Richardson is from the photographers, is Olivier from the editors. Olivier Zahm is the founder and editor of the cult and fashion magazine Purple.
Leather jackets, skinny jeans, boots, aviator sunglasses and not to mention a cigarette define his style. In combination with a denim, white or check shirt. Or sometimes with a striking print t-shirt. He has the typical style of a rock star. All Saints, John Varvatos and Acne are all in lign of his look. Not a super special look itself, but very remarkable between the dressed up, suited up and mostly elegant fashion crowd during the international fashion weeks.
A very masculine look, the perfect boyfriend look.
He’s a rock star sweetheart. Everybody loves him. From Carine Roitfeld, to Kate Moss, and from Diane von Fustenberg to Kany West. Old generation, new generation everybody seems to be friends with Olivier. Just like Terry Richardson Olivier doesn’t mind to show some nudity himself either. Not from the models and celebrities he puts in Purple magazine, and not from himself either.
