So Nude, A second skin
We try to distinguish ourselves in some way, to stand out, to be someone. This could achieved with clothing, a hair style that stands out, a particular lifestyle and not to mention your fragrances choices. Perfume is a great way to express your personality. Thank god! If we all had the same taste, we would all look alike. While writing this sentence I’m smiling because I have a ‘different’ taste in clothing, my hair is different because it’s short and I love special and not that commercial fragrances. Buying a new fragrance is like a project, a hunt. I think a perfume is really personal. I like all different kinds of fragrances: floral, fruity, woody, spicy and musky scents. It really depends on my mood. I wear fragrances from different brands and I like to try new things. The only condition is that a fragrance needs to give me the ‘rule the world’ feeling. I want my fragrance to have character. I want to feel sophisticated, feminine and chique. So, all the reviews you read about fragrances on Lifestylehunters are fragrances with character. They all give me this magical feeling.
Recently I did a new discovery. I discovered the fragrance So Nude, by Costume National. I have to admit I wasn’t familiar with the fragrances of Costume National. I love the brand fashion wise. The graphic and essential lines, clothing that underlines a woman’s personality. Pure, chic and minimalistic. The style is also recognizable by its neutral colour palette. Black, grey, white and nude. The fragrance So nude is dedicated to a woman who is proud of herself, who believes in herself. This fragrance makes you feel like a strong and powerful woman. I can confirm it, it’s true. I found that magic feeling. A floral, spicy creation. Roses ensure the elegance and sensuality. Cardamon, cedarwood and sandalwood represent a strong statement of attitude and character. Ennio is right, the fragrance feels like a second skin. Funny fact: the female shaped bottle is hidden by a soft, tough box which feels like touching skin.
