Sirocco – Bangkok, Thailand
There are views, and there are views. Imagine you have the most amazing view, live jazzy music and star-quality food. Doesn’t that sound like heaven? At least it’s heaven on earth. I’m talking about Sirocco, which is on the top-floor of the State Tower. The restaurant is in open-air, you walk down a Hollywood stairs, tables are widespread over the space and in the back is the sky bar. The sky bar is round and made from led light. The bar is surrounded by some glass vents which makes it look like a flying space vehicle above the centre of Bangkok. If your budget doesn’t allow you to have diner here, it’s definitely worth to have a drink. A couple of floors lower is restaurant Breeze. Breeze is a more modern restaurant with Asian cuisine. They have a fabulous entrance, which is perfect to strut and drag the attention to you. Make sure you dress up, since they can be picky on it. It’s worth dressing up, since the KLM- crew comes here a lot, so perfect place to hook-up some steward or pilot ;-).
