Buying a house is one of the most important and costly decisions you’ll make in your life. There are a lot of things to consider when you’re buying a house. However the following questions can also be asked before visiting a hotspot.
Hunter Linda visited Restaurant Paerz in Amsterdam.
1. What was your first impression?
Industrial, authentic but on the other hand very cozy. We got a very warm welcome when we arrived. We were seated upstairs, the restaurant consists of 2 floors. So we had a good view over the restaurant. The interior is simple but it suits the atmosphere and historical building.
2. Are you satisfied with the neighborhood?
Yes, Paerz is located in Amsterdam East, in a historic warehouse of the former VOC. The large terrace restaurant is located by the water. During summer this is an amazing spot to enjoy the sunshine and escape the traffic noise.
3. Meets the kitchen your expectations?
The food is excellent. I enjoyed a delicious 4 course menu. I did some research online before visiting the restaurant, so I knew what to expect. The menu is not extensive but varied. They change their menus with the seasons.
4. Were you satisfied with the service the real estate agent provided?
The service is great. I felt very welcome, a great atmosphere.
5. What about the price? Bargain, above the budget or investment?
Amazing food and great value for money.
6. Dream house or money pit?
I wasn’t familiar with Paerz. I even never heard of the restaurant before, but I will definitely visit this restaurant again.
