On the Hunt: Salone Internazionale 2
Curious about my experiences during the second day in Milan, scroll down?!
Finally, sunshine!! Yesterday was a beautiful day in Milan.
The second day was all about design. We started the tour in zone Tortona. The area that everyone associates with Design Week. It is associated with innovation, internationality and those all important big events. The area is placed in and around Via Tortona, Via Savona and Via Stedhal, offering an interesting mix of food, beverage and culinary arts design. The tour was super inspiring. Design in so many things, executed in many different ways.
We bumped into Eleonora on the street.
Shopping break at the showroom of Agnona. I selected a beautiful blue dress for the evening. Agnona was founded in 1953, started as a textile supplier for Haute Couture before becoming known as a leading manufacturer of sophisticated apparel and accessories produced with the most precious noble fibers including alpaca, cashmere, silk and vicuña.
The visit to the Daal gallery was very special, I was super excited to see the capsule collection, since I am the first lucky owner of one of these amazing bags. Alessandro Enriquez and Azzurra Gronchi created An Italian Theory handbag collection. Stay tuned for information about this special project.
