On the Hunt in NYC: Carolina Herrera, Meatpacking and our last night in the city
We started the day with a bang, backstage at Carolina Herrera. The lady herself was very approachable and looked elegant as always. Speaking of which, backstage we weren’t the only Dutchies. Lifestyle/fashion journalist and editor-in-chief of Dutch Metro Fashion was there as well. So were style icons Anna Della Russo and Giovanna Battagria. It was funny to see how quick the collection was archivated in plastic to send back to the showroom.
As you are used from us we coordinated the outfits again. This time the ‘Hunter Match’ was black and gold.
Posing and interviews at the steps of Lincoln Centre.
No photoshop, just having a ‘New York glow’.
In Meatpacking they have these chairs and tables on the street were you could just hang out. First you would think it’s part of a restaurant but it’s actually just a free spot for everyone to sit. Perfect since the Chelsea Market is around the corner. We grapped some delicious food at the market and enjoyed the sun and watching the people passing by.
A little more shopping.
Burgers and beer for dinner in the first official diner in Brooklyn, Red Hook.
Enjoying our last night in the city on the terrace of Thompson Hotel, Lower East Side, during the Tumbler party. One more day to come and than we fly back to Amsterdam.
