On the Hunt: Haircuts, Delicious Food and A packed Suitcase
On Monday Hunter Niels had to go to Antwerp for some business appointments. Being back in the Thalys reminded him of the trips to Paris recently.
On our way to the photoshoot of our fist own advertorial.
A sneak peek behind the scenes. The result of this cool project will be up on Lifestylehunters next week.
Good way to start the day. Strong Italian coffee, and a sweet French Maccaron.
On Wednesday Hunter Niels had the presentation of the winning piece of the Marc O’Polo Design Award. Above you see the winning coat which was shown in the Marc O’Polo store in the Hartenstraat, Amsterdam. Unfortunately the coat was only in the store for a week, and is now on its way to Paris.
Another good way to start the day. With a New York style bagel.
Hunter Niels was trying to make me jealous with the pictures he was sending me from his breakfast. I love macarons but he couldn’t beat this delicious breakfast. This organic breakfast was organized in honor of the presentation of the collection by Ti Mo.
The Australian brand Ksubi opened a pop-up store in SPRMRKT, Amsterdam. Ksubi is a cool and urban fashion brand for men and women.
Last Thursday we went our for dinner at bar Italia. Elise welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco before dinner started.
The first course, risotto with truffle
The second course, sea bass with in the first instance scallop wrapped in bacon. Hunter Niels saved Linda from a polcadot performace by noticing this.
Scallop without bacon..
Dessert 1, chocolate icecream
Dessert 2, Elise recommend us this dessert. So we had to taste it for ourselves. She was right, the scroppino at Bar Italia might be the best in town!
Hunters last get together before Hunter Linda’s holiday. We had a lovely last evening together. More about this hotspot will follow soon!
Time for Hunter Niels to wear his new Aldo loafers.
Time to get a haircut for Hunter Niels. He went to the new hair saloon ‘Wild Romance’. The place isn’t completely finished yet, but looked already very promising. With the vintage furniture, the huge candelier and the mirrored and floral print walls. Soon more about this hotspot. But can’t wait and already want to have a haircut/look? Click here and have a look at their website. Hunter Niels always gets his hair done by Charlotte Charpentier.
Nothing better on a rainy Sunday than staying a little longer in bed, with your breakfast, your tea and coffee, while watching TV shows. On Sunday Hunter Niels was watching to Ella Henderson of the UK X-Factor on repeat. This girl is so amazing! Click on the picture above to watch her audition.
Catching up with my friend Dieter from Cold Method, while enjoying chocolate cake at Puccini.
After months of waiting, it’s finally time to pack my suitcase. Tonight I’m leaving to Bali. For only 3 weeks (I know it looks like 3 years, but the boyfriend was just reorganizing his closet).
