I love my hair do, I love short hair and I don’t think I ever want to have long hair again. I moreover discovered that long hair doesn’t really suit me. Do you remember the photoshoot where I was wearing the wig? The photo were I was inspired by Rachel Zoe. I really like to experiment and to try different styles regarding my wardrobe, my Make-Up and my hair do. The reason why my cut and color is changing quite often is because I’m a hair model. The last year Charlotte and I participated the L’Oréal Color Trophy. You probably all remember the blue, pink hair color? In preparations to the finals, I couldn’t change it to much, so the last year the hair do was quite the same and I really want to change it. I think, if my hair can take it will keep the grey/white color because I really love it. But for the hair cut we have something different in mind. To create that hair do, my hair must grow first. Which is driving me crazy. I don’t know what to do, with this in between length. The solution I devised, is the sleek pulled back look. This look really suits the androgynous look, which I adore. This look is so easy, it’s saving time in terms of washing and drying. Beside these benefits the pulled back hair look is hot. In New York and Paris I saw this hair trend al over the SS 2012 runway. Whether it’s a side-parted bun or a high ponytail the front hair is pulled back and made sleek almost reaching the wet look, which is also very popular for SS2012. The wet look is the style I wear my hair right now. This trend is seen at Bottega Veneta and Chanel. For Chanel the stylists decorated the do with pearl hairpins for a more romantic look. So, boys and girls if you have a bad hair day pull it back.
