Hanneke’s Boom

Hanneke’s Boom is a new hotspot in Amsterdam. Hanneke’s Boom arise in 1662 and reopens since 2011. Located on a central location, with the character of a frayed edge but still right in center. Hanneke’s Boom offers a platform to realize the ideas of the creatives, without any limits, everything is possible at Hanneke’s Boom. With a large terrace on the water – slow food – Flamenco – mooring for boats – platform for creativity & design – café – restaurant – lounge – dance – theatre – food & drinks to take away – boat renting – sausage restaurant – organic food – affordable – cinema – durable – Cradle to Cradle. Friday night I (Hunter Linda) visited Hanneke’s Boom because my favorite DJ’s The Spacegirls were playing. It was really busy, the atmosphere was good, nice and lot’s of creative people were attending. An amazing spot in the middle of the city center. It reminded me of Berlin. There is this big underground atmosphere here, just like in Berlin and East London. Friday I was there only for the party, but I will visit Hanneke’s Boom for sure more often, also to have dinner and drinks in the early evening. If I may believe Piet (the weatherman) next week the weather will be better. So then you know were to find me.
