Farrah Fawcett 2.0
I love the feeling of opening a new, fresh printed magazine. The smell of the new paper, and the inspiration you get from the pages you skim through is so refreshing and relaxing. One of my favourite magazines is Zoo magazine. The from origin German magazine (but produced in Amsterdam) always knows how to surprise and inspire me with their content and editorials. One of the editorials that stuck my mind for a while was from Daphne Guiness in last year winter issue. I (Hunter Niels) was lucky to met Daphne a couple of times, such a mysterious woman. The mystery she as a person is surrounded by, was perfectly kept in the shoot for Zoo Magazine.
The new issue includes an amazing editorial with a Farrah Fawcett look a like model (Julie Stegner). For the youngsters, Farrah Fawcett is the blond Charlies Angel (no not Cameron, the original one). The fashion shoot is shot by Philip Gay, and is on the one hand a little dirty (some nudity her and there). The model is showing some beautiful evening gowns from Givenchy, MaxMara and Haider Ackermann.
For the boys who like boys, there is also very cool and edgy fashion shoot with a cute boy who shows you the latest streetwear trends. And that is what makes the magazine so fun to read, it’s different every single issue and shows such a variety of fashion and trends, which makes the magazine mysterious and interesting to read. Below some of my favourite images of the new issue (next week in stores).
