Diamonds, Heels, Fur, Leather, Leopard prints, Skulls, Rock and Roll and Lindsay Lohan, a number of key words to describe the collection and the brand Philipp Plein.  Philipp Patrick Plein born in 1978 in Munich is a German designer and fashion designer. The brand Philipp Plein started in 1998 with the design of furniture. Today it is a global luxury lifestyle brand, with products in more than ten different categories: fashion for men, women and kids, luggage, jewellery and lunettes. Tuesday the Hunters were invited by Fashion Club 70 to attend the opening of the first franchise store of Philipp Plein in Düsseldorf. Hunter Niels could unfortunately not attend this glamorous event. But we don’t need to feel sorry for him, he was attending the amazing Ralph Lauren event. The advantage of dividing the Hunters is that you will enjoy two diary posts. The trip to Düsseldorf started, Tuesday at 14.00 hours. After a pleasant bus trip of 3 hours we arrived the hotel in Düsseldorf, were we had a few minutes to prepare for dinner in restaurant Meerbar. A beautiful restaurant, amazing ambiance and delicious food. I will write a article about the restaurant later, because it’s certainly worth a hotspot post. We thought we wera a bit late for the store opening, because dinner run a bit out. Unfortunately we missed the performance of Sandrine but actually we arrived just in time together with the designer himself. It was busy, chaotic and hysterical around the runway and almost impossible to enter to store. Because of all the German celebs and press, who were present. In the end we succeeded to enter the store, to see the collection and to take some pictures. After the runway show there followed a performance by none other than Eve and the guy from the song Welcome to ST Tropez. When the tune of Who’s that girl started to play, the crowd including myself went crazy. I almost forgot to tell you another moment I went crazy during the night. Which is the moment I saw Baptiste Giabiconi, the muze from Karl Lagerfeld. I just stop writing and show you guys the pictures. I really enjoyed the evening. The people and there way of styling, the celebs, the performances, the picture I took together with Eve, the fact she loves my hair, Baptiste, Adrian Brody, Philipp Plein, the hotelroom, the diner. Fashion Club 70 thanks for another fantastic evening.
