Crispy, Creamy, Hot and Dark
Last week the Hunters enjoyed an amazing 8 course dinner in restaurant Tunes & Bar by Schilo. If you are a loyal follower, you might have seen the review about this restaurant, the 8 course dinner and our experience on Lifestylehunters yesterday. We had a fantastic evening, we fell in love with this hotel. The allure, atmosphere, the people, the history, the building, the service, the cocktails, the food, and not to mention the chocolate dessert. Well, this dessert is so impressive it deserves a special post. When we saw the menu and had to make a choice between the 3 different menu’s, the first thing Hunter Linda did was checking if the chocolate dessert was on all 3 menu’s. It was, so no worries. I saw my neighbour order the chocolate and it looked sublime, too pretty to eat. I was super excited, because it probably tasted as good as it looks. I was counting the courses, after 2,5 hour it was time. My neighbour ordered a 4 course menu and his portions were bigger, so we expected a smaller version of the chocolate treasure. Nevertheless, I guess the chef noticed I’m a chocoholic and was excited about the dessert, we got a giant plate! Oh boy, it was much, OMG I was unstoppable, even Hunter Niels (not a big chocolate lover, as in sweets) was eating with his eyes closed. A experience of 10 different textures of chocolate. When I close my eyes for a moment I still taste it (or maybe it’s because I just ate a box of chocolate). Dark deep chocolate crisps, soft melting cake, refreshing ice, chocolate mousse, warm melted chocolate sauce, pure chocolate shredder, crunchy chocolate cookie, creamy chocolate sauce, chocolate jelly and dark chocolate creme. Everything you can expect from chocolate. Really, you have to experience this yourself. And if you’re searching for a person to come with you, don’t hesitate.
