Bo Cinq, Amsterdam

Cumminseed, cinnamon, coriander, pepper and garlic. If you think of those spices, about which kitchen will you think off? Well we’ve learned all these spices are part of the Moroccan kitchen. This week we had a look in the kitchen of restaurant Bo Cinq in Amsterdam. Bo Cinq combines Moroccan with the French cuisine. Spicy grilled shrimps, charmoulla poisson with couscous and delicious smelling tajine’s are on the menu. But also dishes with a more French taste like oysters, seared scallops and wagyu beef burger. All these culinair experiences in the center of Amsterdam, in an authentic canal house. Bo Cinq is located on the Prinsengracht, has beautiful lounge, a cozy restaurant and a very large smoking room. Moreover Bo Cinq has one of the longest bars of Amsterdam where they serve delicious cocktails. The perfect spot for pre-party drinks. Or what do you think of pre-work week drinks? On Monday it’s Mojito Monday at Bo Cinq. What better way to start your week by gossiping about your weekend, with delicious cocktails served by sexy bartender Simon?
