Bo Cinq – Amsterdam
Looking for a romantic restaurant in the city centre of Amsterdam? And done with the typical Italian food or brasserie? Preferring a kitchen with a little twist? Try Bo Cinq. Bo Cinq offers a french Arabic dining experience. Can’t imagine how that mix is like? Best example are the french fries of chick-peas. Little less obvious are the shrimps in Hollandaise sauce with saffron pepper. Or just as delicious, the scallops with cream of peas and pancetta. In these dishes you see the perfect mix between the two kitchens. However they also offer some more typical dishes as tagines. A delicious culinair experience, with perfect dishes to share.
Bo Cinq is baded on one of the canals, Prinsengracht, very close to Leidseplein. Perfect spot to go to when you’re based in the city centre during a work trip. Or when you planning to go out and want to go for a nice dinner and drinks before. Speaking of drinks, Bo Cinq has an extensive cocktail list. Hunters personal favorite: the Bo Mopolitan. A classic Cosmopolitan made of orange wodka and raspberry puree. If we didn’t convince you yet with the food, this drink is a visit to Bo Cinq worth on its own.
