10 Fashion Exhibits Must Sees

I came up with the idea to write a blogpost about fashion exhibitions because I was searching for exhibitions in Paris. Tomorrow I will be in Paris. Just for one day. To do some shopping, to gather inspiration, to photograph some interesting people and to visit The N°5 CULTURE CHANEL exhibition. I’m super excited and can’t wait till tomorrow. Of course, I keep you posted about my experiences by Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

1. No. 5 Culture Chanel
Where: Palais de Tokyo, Paris
When: May 5 to June 5, 2013
What: The exhibition will examine how the famous fragrance – first launched in 1921 – is linked to specific moments in history, via art, photographs and archive objects.

2. Francisco Costa For Calvin Klein Collection
Where: SCAD Museum of Art
When: May 18, 2013 through Sept. 15, 2013
What: An exhibition of designs by 2013 André Leon Talley Lifetime Achievement Award winner Francisco Costa. Featuring 33 looks from Costa’s Spring 2013 collection, as well as five garments pulled from the Calvin Klein archive, “Francisco Costa for Calvin Klein Collection” draws from an ongoing, globally driven conversation on feminine beauty, form, fabric, color and sensuality.

The exhibition will travel to Tokyo in June, then Shanghai in July.

5. RetroSpective

6. The Glory of Water
Where: Along the banks of the Seine river in Paris.
When: July 4, 2013 through July 14, 2013
